Days
Two day install turned into days including missing a window and one damaged window. I was expecting inside trim to look new instead it appears that caulking and drywall mud has been an eyesore. I was told because my windows were old but one of the window opening was new to the renovation. Also, my main picture window does not pop out as described in the window presentation

Window installment
It started out wonderful with the sales team that visited. The installation was pretty good. The customer service was horrible
