    The original sale process was good, there was lack of clarity on my part on payment upfront for 30% of the door. After the initial sale, we ran into HOA requirements that were eventually approved. There was a long gap after the approval where I had no idea what was happening and kept calling the Sales rep for updates as he was my only contact. I finally called Sears after a 2 and a half months from purchase and spoke to a Sears Manager. That prompted the project manager to call me. Didn't t

    Include a section in your visit to install new a/c units that dogs will destroy your unit . I bought my unit 10 years ago and it was suppose to be a 30 year unit , now I've had to replace it I accept this responsibility but it would be nice to have been cautioned since most of us don't really research .

    The initial appointment was a bit hectic. The first interview failed to show up, and I was in the process of hiring someone else when Andrew stepped in to save the sale. From that point on everything went well. Casey's crew was tremendous. They showed up on time, and their work ethic was worthy of admiration. The finished product looks great. And a big plus- when they were finished they cleaned up the construction mess and hauled it away! My only complaint is that the cable TV and electrical
