    I couldn't of asked for a more professional install team. They were very polite, professional and quick. They came in and had my AC system installed in half the time.

    I was not happy with the hold process. Poor communication through the hold install.Sear's charge to must money for the materials and it looks cheap once installed. I ordered products that I did not get and was told they did not see an order for what my husband and I picked out and was discussed. I feel that my bill need to be reduced due to the time and money I have spend to improved the look of the bathroom. .

    No communication and continuity from Sales to installation. Nobody communicate with your whole team members. I never received my legal invoice either. This is not SEARS I knew and total disappointment. I had a lot of respect with SEARS quality and responsible services including my Craftsman tools.

    I Had several problems with quality of initial install, communication with install team, and billing errors. I seriously considered calling corporate office regarding billing issues over a 6 week period. Had to wait for a second install due to a 'botched' 1st install. I had to call install team repeated times because my calls were not returned in timely manner. Although I was billed immediately when job was completed.
