    I felt that the notification of the start of the project was too long. I was forced to reschedule some things because of this factor.

    The sales representative could not have been kinder she worked several hours with us on details and has been there for any questions I've had. The one over the job I haven't talked with I would like more information on when we can expect the siding

    I ask for but was never provide a breakdown of cost for my original and changed order the reason and proof for and additional $788 were never provided

    I really appreciated the installers moving my belongings for me. But they didn't need to leave a 7 foot high stack of plastic totes which are unsteady. Also they clipped my chandelier higher towards the ceiling The installers should have put it in its original position! And as much money as I spent they should have swept the floor!

    Sears put a hold on my credit card for not only the initial 30% deposit but also a separate hold for the remaining amount - despite the fact that the signed contract stated that I would pay the final balance in CASH. That caused quite a few problems as I was traveling when I discovered that i could not use my Credit Card due to the large holds (2) on the account. offsetting that problem was the fantastic work performed by the installation crew! Thanks to them, I have a net-positive opinion of

    The salesperson and project manager were great generally. We were unhappy with the final pricing because it was more than anticipated, but they were great at finding options to make it work. Did not like the arguing and loud banter by the workers. It made me question of they knew what they were doing and rescheduling the same day was not acceptable. We moved our schedules around for that only to have been inconvenienced. All in all, definitely more pros than cons .
