The entire project once it went into the hands of the project coordinator went down the drain. The project coordinator didn't return calls in a timely manner, was unable to answer questions and overall was not a pleasant experience. We liked the sales representative and the outside contractors who installed the system were good too.

I found that customer relations was poor. First no call to set a time on the first day..Only had 4 hours work..Was suppose to come back next day Fri..That a.m. I rec'd call to cancel...3 hours work on Saturday. And completed work on Tuesday after 9 hours....I needed to lose 3 days of work.....Uncalled for..Hello Patricia, I am so sorry to hear you have had such a bad experience with our services. You need to figure out how to leverage the contractors you hire. They represent you and did not do so very well here. You seemed to be incompetent in forcing them to do what they were supposed to.Hello Brandon, I am so sorry to hear you have had such a bad experience with our services. Your project management, the salesmen, and the contractor were NOT on the same page.

I was promised $500 gift card to be shared between myself and roommates for the inconvenience, problems and misguided information leading to installation when I asked to cancel sale - Don pledge to make good By sending us the gift card, so after I agreed to move forward- and the install took place - Sears (Don) refused to answer my calls and they failed to keep their word. I would have never expected this from SEARS- this job was over $16,000 - I will NEVER use them for home projects or recommenThank you for taking the time to let us know about your recent service visit. We hate to see that you had a less than great experience and apologize for any inconvenience we may have caused you in this process.
