    The contact for the Project, Natasha, does not return phone calls. When some issues arose, repeated phone calls left for her remain un-returned as of today. We were promised accountable, responsive customer service if we had any issues. That is not what we received. The customer service was unacceptable. There was no communication and we felt that we were being ignored. We will avoid Sears for all future home improvement projects and will ensure that we communicate our dis-satisfaction so that o

    The initial sales presentation took way too long-3 hours. I would prefer less chit chat and a more professional presentation that takes our time into consideration.

    My front window was boarded up for a month because the office staff ordered the wrong materials. I will not recommend Sears Home improvement to anyone because i called your office regarding the issues and the manager never returned my call.
