    The workmanship where step-flashing is installed is horrible. Whenever it rains, water pours into our front entryway and also into the light fixtures there (we removed the glass and lightbulbs and covered them with plastic trash bags to protect them from being ruined and for our safety). The installation was done on April 11th and 12th and we have been trying to have the problem fixed ever since the weekend of April 15th which is the first time it rained after the install.     The sales rep was ok but did not like that he would not give a day or two to think about unless I give up the initial discount. I was told by the sales rep that the project would be approximately end of May. I signed the contract on 4/17. So I received a follow call from scheduler the next week and they said that they would order the siding and call me back in a couple of weeks to schedule installation. 4 weeks go by and no call from them. I was not to concern since the rep said end of May. Th

    They showed up for an hour, left for 3, came back to do the job, didn't finish the same day, came back next day, finished 90% of the work, left the cap screwed up. promised to come back and finish it, but never did. Sears is great, but they hire contractors that are immature and don't do a good job and I am left with a job that I have to hire another company to finish.
