    I think the project would have gone a lot smoother if there were local crews to work on our kitchen. The crews had to come from Columbus (a three hour drive) and the day was half gone before they showed up to work.

    I was very pleased with the installation crew and their work. They were very professional and helpful. They worked fast but did a great job. The floor was so beautiful, I didn't want to put any furniture back on it! I am very satisfied.

    Our house leans kind of so the shower doors don't close properly. One side doesn't close on the bottom and the other side doesn't close on the top.

    From the Sales Representative, we were extremely impressed with sincerity and honesty. From the Project Coordinator, we also appreciated his honesty as well along with his continued communication with us. However, what surprised us was that there was never a Sears Manager who was a field representative to look in on the workers to ensure that the work progress was up to par and to answer any questions from the customers.
