    It has been three weeks since the project began and it is still unfinished WITH NO IDEA WHEN IT WILL BE. The wrong vanity top was ordered that would not fit the bottom. We are a one bathroom family with no dishwasher in the kitchen sink so we have to use that dishes-cluttered sink for personal higene!!! It wouldn't be so bad if IT DIDN'T TAKE OVER A MONTH TO GET THE NEW VANITY TOP IN!!! Please, please, please make sure your sales people know that when they sell that vanity IT CANT TAKE A SINK IN

    There were a lot of problems getting the gutters installed after the roof was completed. My house weathered the biggest rain storms of the year without gutters---it took a month after the roof was completed. My husband is critically ill, and after the roof was installed Sear wanted to refund and not install gutters at all. My contract was for seamless gutters---I had no gutters at all as the old ones were removed. I was not in a position to start over and find contractors to do gutters---lik

    We are enjoying the product but have had a hard time getting to the right person to answer questions we had. I have not got an answer to my question yet. I have been transferred every time to another person who didn't know the answer either so many times I lost count!
