    Listen to customers better. I needed certain days and I was totally ignored. Was told things that were not true more than once.

    We are enjoying the product but have had a hard time getting to the right person to answer questions we had. I have not got an answer to my question yet. I have been transferred every time to another person who didn't know the answer either so many times I lost count!

    There were a lot of problems getting the gutters installed after the roof was completed. My house weathered the biggest rain storms of the year without gutters---it took a month after the roof was completed. My husband is critically ill, and after the roof was installed Sear wanted to refund and not install gutters at all. My contract was for seamless gutters---I had no gutters at all as the old ones were removed. I was not in a position to start over and find contractors to do gutters---lik
