    The entire project once it went into the hands of the project coordinator went down the drain. The project coordinator didn't return calls in a timely manner, was unable to answer questions and overall was not a pleasant experience. We liked the sales representative and the outside contractors who installed the system were good too.

    Ronnie the installer did a great job. Aquelia was very patient and professional. James the sales rep was very nice but unfortunately made a lot of mistakes with measuring and our contract which caused a lot of confusion and delay in the project.

    You need to figure out how to leverage the contractors you hire. They represent you and did not do so very well here. You seemed to be incompetent in forcing them to do what they were supposed to.

    I was promised $500 gift card to be shared between myself and roommates for the inconvenience, problems and misguided information leading to installation when I asked to cancel sale - Don pledge to make good By sending us the gift card, so after I agreed to move forward- and the install took place - Sears (Don) refused to answer my calls and they failed to keep their word. I would have never expected this from SEARS- this job was over $16,000 - I will NEVER use them for home projects or recommen

    I found that customer relations was poor. First no call to set a time on the first day..Only had 4 hours work..Was suppose to come back next day Fri..That a.m. I rec'd call to cancel...3 hours work on Saturday. And completed work on Tuesday after 9 hours....I needed to lose 3 days of work.....Uncalled for..

    First the appointment date was not clear it became clear once we were contacted after three days. along with that it took a very long time to get them to understand that they need a permit and there still is not a permit . The person who installs needs to file a permit before the project is done to let the town know what is going to be done. The installers were very rude I do not know how Sears hired the installers. The gas line was installed the wrong way and we've been calling with no respon
