    Installed 7+ days late + 7 hours longer than timeframe. Missed precertification appointment. Difficulty reaching people, unprofessional.

    Central air/heat installed. Not working correctly, they constantly want to keep coming out to troubleshoot.I just want the unit removed an returned!
