    I was very pleased with the installation crew and their work. They were very professional and helpful. They worked fast but did a great job. The floor was so beautiful, I didn't want to put any furniture back on it! I am very satisfied.

    The only improvement to be made is, when there is a delay in product you should let clients know. I waited and waited for the 7-10 day call and ended up calling myself. That time frame was approximately 1 month. Most people will understand, but not communicating causes one to be anxious. I am very pleased with our new flooring and carpeting. Don't be afraid to let customers know if there is a delay in product! Otherwise....You have a happy customer here at the Mason household!

    This was a disaster right from the get go. This was a cash deal and now I find that Sears pulled our Credit with a hard pull that shows as an inquiry and reduced our score. No communication with the Project Manager after initial conversation, poor installation of grout, carpet install was the best. Debris left in the garage for several days. Poor situation all the way around.

    The installation was done very well. I felt the subcontractor truly cared about how his work would look to me. I appreciate all of the concern and commitment he had regarding this job. As for communication between Sears staff and myself and Sears staff and the contractor not so much. I was told that they would be installing floors and arrive between 9 and 11 am and that the project would take 2 days. The sub called me at 7 am the next morning to let me know they were on their way to start

    I already completed the survey, but forgot a could items. In addition, Two of the cabinets weren't finished on the sides, and had to order the vainer. Also, the pins to hold up the drawers in the spice rack are missing and had to ordered. Still waiting on both of them to complete the job!

    The job isn't done. When the salesman took the order he didn't put in the order to replace the molding in the kitchen and bathroom. The installer had new molding and was told not to install it. I will not pay for a half completed job. I'm not satisfied with the project.
