The Repair Process

If it’s not a DIY fix…
Step 2 – Get some help. Call the Sears appliance experts. Head to searshomeservices.com. Have the make and model ready to help us diagnose the problem Insider’s Tip: Use live chat to immediately connect with an agent.
Step 3 – Choose a time. Repair visits are generally set within a four-hour window. You will get a reminder call the day before your appointment.
Step 4 – Prep your home. Clear any clutter near the appliance. Make sure your kids and pets aren’t underfoot or near any potential danger.
Step 5 – Know who to expect. A fully trained technician wearing a uniform and driving a clearly marked truck will show up. Techs carry a computer loaded with your repair history. If you situation is particularly tricky, they connect with senior level technicians to solve the problem.
