Excellent Service by Technician
This is the second time we have had Paul B. come and provide service. He is excellent. Would highly recommend him. Our issue is with the lack of response from Sears itself. We tried contacting Sears for over a week regarding this issue and never received a phone call or email. We had to contact our home warranty regarding this issue and then we not only had someone dispatched by them, but then Sears decided to respond. We were not able to speak to a Human from Sears until Paul showed up. Very impressed with him. Not with Sears Home Services.

Joel takes care of business quickly and he always cleans up after himself too if he does have to make a mess. I'm happy with the service. I think he is a great asset to the Sears company.

Great Guy, poor program
Sears has increased the price (tripled!) and reduced the service on our appliance maintenance contract. The person they sent to check our equipment was very nice and knowledgeable, but all he was allowed to do was to turn the equipment on and off. He isn't allowed to do any preventive maintenance. A new contract, at three times the prior cost, allows less service and requires co-pays. I don't know why anyone would buy it.
