Washing machine not working 😕
Very kind and aware of elderly's slower pace of hearing and understanding and more importantly answering questions respectfully in easy to understand lay terms. He didnot brush off our questions re our washer. We learned more from him regarding our washer after all these years with Sears. We know a little bit more what is normal and what is not and when we perhaps need to call for help.

Jonathan was great! he came to service our dryer for a rattling noise it made while running and for our washer occasionally stopping mid cycle. he was very honest with us about what we were looking at for the repair versus replacing the unit. we really appreciated his honesty and not trying to sell us a bunch of things we didn't need.
