Washer Problems & Solutions

My washing machine is making strange sounds or vibrations.

The tub bearings may have been water damaged as a result of a bad seal, and would need to be replaced.

My washing machine won't run or stops mid-cycle.

The door or lid switch might need to be replaced if it was damaged. It can wear out naturally, or wind up broken if caught on a foreign object.

Water won't drain from my washing machine.

The drain pump may need to be replaced. It can wear out over time, or it can get damaged when hard objects left in clothing bang around in a wash cycle. Check the drain hose connection to the drain pipe to be sure.

Water isn't pumping out of my washing machine during the spin cycle.

The drain pump may need to be replaced. It can wear out over time, or it can get damaged when hard objects left in clothing bang around in a wash cycle. Check the drain hose connection to the drain pipe to be sure.

The basket is slow or will not spin in my washing machine.

The motor coupler might need to be replaced if the machine's failure to spin is accompanied by a rattling sound from the base of the washer. Overloading the washer on a consistent basis will shorten the coupler's life.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from it was because of the new washer I think it was a wasted trip because they could have me that over the phone. so I hope this dose not count as a visit even though he came out from the start your people wanted someone to come out and it was not that important. a wasted visit.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Charles was great! Washer is now working again. I was very pleased with my service.. The only critique I would add is that you need to hire more great techs like Charles. As a long time customer, it is obvious to me that you are understaffed, as making an appointment takes longer than it used to. However, the guys in the field are very good at their jobs.
