Rated 3 out of 5 by from Ok Received a call 1 day prior to sechulded appt. They tried to push off my appt. even through I had the part delivered 2 days earlier. Which was taking up room in my garage and my lawn hadn't been cut in over 3 weeks!!! I actually had to argue with the service rep. Who called me 1 day prior!! After the tech left the tractor did not start when I tried 2 hrs after he left...We had to figure it out!!! The battery was dead so we had to charge it!!!!! The box, etc. was let outside for ME TO CLEAN UP!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Service Call Center leadership & management I was misled by Michele, Floor Supervisor in AZ wrt my eligibility for Lawn Care Reimbursement due to the extent of my service delay because the Tech had to reschedule. However, the Tech had no knowledge of this offer and referred me back to the Call Center. Then, John, Floor Manager in NC, said he would have to review the Tech's Notes after they were posted before he could make a determination of my eligibility, as Michele was not empowered to offer me any reimbursement for lawn care. Altho he had my contact info, I was told to call him back the following afternoon for his review decision. When I called back and asked for John, I was then asked for his Extension. All I knew was John wasa Floor manager in the NC Call Center who had over-watch wrt Protection Agreement Reimbursement Administration. Yet the gentlemen who answered the call couldn't help me as there were 24 NC Floor Managers & he didn't know any Floor Manager named John. Hence mu total disgust and frustration with the Sears Call Centers leadership & management, initiative & telling me what I want to hear to get me off their back. I feel I'm entitled to a compromise and compensation for my two periods of inconvenience and unavailability of my Garden Tractor twice in less than 13 months of use; irregardless of specific Call Center management 'empowerment' or else why mention it to me to begin with...
