Love Tom but Hate your Scheduling System
Tom has serviced my mower for years and I always am VERY pleased with him. However, your scheduling system is totally non-customer friendly. First you don't let the technician keep any supplies on their truck so a service turns into 2 visits because he has to order what he needs and it is shipped to my home address and then he has to come back a second time. Both times I have a time frame of 8 to 5 pm which means I have to set aside 2 days because you can't hone in on a time frame. Once Tom placed an order for the parts, I scheduled a specific date for him to return. As soon as the parts arrived your "AI" scheduling system automatically started rescheduling my second appointment without even consulting if I was going to be available. I kept getting notices that my appointment was rescheduled and I kept resetting it back to the first date I had set aside. Then I would get another text message and email that it had again been rescheduled. I am sure I rescheduled it back to the original date about 10 times. Your AI assistant was scheduling for YOUR convenience not considering what my schedule is like. It was a very frustrating experience and there is absolutely no way to talk to a human being to explain that I needed to keep the originally scheduled date. I can understand offering an alternative date, but just rescheduling without consulting the consumer isn't right. Tom is a great asset....very knowledgeable, friendly and just a nice man. I am very pleased with his work.

Service repair rep (Jason) was excellent. Communications with the office was awful. To get to speak with a person rather than a machine was almost impossible.
