Rated 3 out of 5 by from Qualiy of service Once Sears showed up, we were satisfied. Sadly, we had to wait three weeks before a service employee came to take care of the service we needed. We were without a working refrigerator for three weeks, needless to say, we lost everything that was in the refrigerator. I don't understand why Sears does not have enough employees to respond to the customers. It was disappointing service in my opinion.
