Rated 3 out of 5 by from Average I really appreciate them getting to me sooner than was originally scheduled and he arrived early to my home and I appreciate that. The guy seemed jumpy/jittery and seemed to be a bit agitated after he checked my plug. I don't understand why they didn't check the plug when they installed the refrigerator. We would not have had to go through this if that had been checked to begin with. I do have an older home, but that plug was a 3 prong plug so I would have never thought it was not grounded as the gentleman said. He also left out a screw when he put it back together. I found it on the floor after he left. My sister has this same fridge and is having trouble with hers as well, and she has a newer home and I know her plugs are grounded. I would like to say that Danny Hilton-owner of the Sears in Corsicana, Texas has been wonderful in helping me with this situation. He has always been very kind and helpful.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Servce was OK he repair man arrived and immediately went into where we wanted a maintenance agreement or not. To me, it made me wonder if that was going to affect to quality of his work. I started to agree to one and then midway that his work changed my mind. He actually had the audacity to tell us at 'we shouldn't expect appliances to be manufactured as well as they were years ago because it would eliminate jobs for individuals like him.' Perhaps manufacturers should put more people in the factories to be sure the work is done well and not require such frequent repairs. By the way, the door still doesn't close tightly unless I deliberately make sure it's closed. I can't just think I've closed it. I have to make sure it's closed.
