Rated 4 out of 5 by from Customer Service or Parts Department??? Technicians were great! Customer Service or Parts Department could use improvement. I received parts that were broken in ten pieces because it was not packed well. I immediately called CS for a replacement. The first time I was told I would receive a call from the parts department within 24 hours. The second time I called because I didn't hear back from them and customer service said that they will re-order the part. The third time I received a call from customer service and said that they will order the parts again and will have to cancel my appointment because the parts wouldn't come in time for the appointment.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great service. I used this service to repair a double oven that was 'leaking heat' due to bad door hinges. Service was done a lot faster that I was expecting to take a part two doors and replace four hinges. The tech then went on to calibrate the temperature to make sure it was heating up to spec. Very happy after cooking the next meal and having it be done on time.
