Refrigerator repair
John is very nice and polite. He knows what he is doing and explains what needs to be done and does it. Unfortunately our refrigerator is so old one can no longer get the part to fix it. I would recommend John to anyone.

Polite, called ahead to tell arrival time, quickly diagnosed the problem, had part with him to fix problem and told us what was wrong. He was efficient, knowledgeable and quick. Left as soon as he had finished the job!! Great service!

Freezer
John did everything that he said he could do, even getting on the floor, putting in freon, etc. However, the freezer still isn't freezing; in fact it is barely cool inside the freezer. HELP!!

Bronell arrived just when he said he would. He was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable regarding my refrigerator. I would request him all the time if I could.

Still not cooling still warm 39+degrees
Still shows 39+ degrees on digital and analog gauges even after replacing fan did not go down what a waste, had to call back to GE appliance to get this taken care of and told them never have you A&E ever come back HERE AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Dop not have A&E come to you home!!!!!!!! Ge is goping to take care of these problems
