Thank God for Sear home repair. They were able to set sour appointment according to our schedule. They were on time, very polite and respectful. He was able to get the part he didn't have very quickly and come back to change it out. Thank you Sears service.

Ken was excellent. knew exactly how to fix my oven. I will say your automated system is one of the worst I have ever had to deal with. Too many notifications and when I am given a choice to change my appointment to an earlier day, the system does not do it. This happened 4 times. It also took 3 weeks to fix one small part.

This is the second time Ken has come to my house for a refrigerator repair. Each time he has done an absolutely thorough, competent, and careful job. He ties up all the loose ends.
