Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disatisfied Still waiting on parts; service took 3 weeks to send a tech July 31 and it is August11 and parts for my grill on back order. Call to inquired with the first delivery about the rest of the parts; rep advised someone will call me back within 24 hours no one called. I called back and they told me I should have the rest of parts by 8/24.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Took multiple visits and incorrect part orders The technicians were hardworking, and were able to repair the grill on the 4th visit once the correct parts arrived. I am not pleased with the overall experience since it took almost 2 months and there are no repair technicians local to us any longer. The technicians had to come from 1 1/2 hours away each time, often around 5-6pm at the end of a long day. I had to take 4 days off of work as well.
