Rated 5 out of 5 by from Couldn't have gone better The man arrived in the morning, he tested the dehumidifier and found that the compressor needed to be replaced. Sears decided not to repair it and instead was told to go to my nearest Sears store give them my telephone number and they would replace it and install it and remove the unrepairable one(they[the store] actually gave me a new one and I brought the old one back to the store). But the serviceman was excellent.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great service... Not so great setting it up I had to go to a Sears store to get the in-home warranty service set up as it was not available on-line as advertised. Hunter, the Sears associate was very good, spending a considerable amount of time on the phone. Once the appointment was set, the service was very quick and effective.
