If, within 90 days from the date of repair, your merchandise fails to operate for reasons related to the original repair service, we will replace any parts that failed due to defects in material or workmanship and perform any labor related to the original repair service free of charge. A ServiceSmart Agreement covers the cost of the initial repair and provides 12 months of protection. Price includes everything to fix the appliance: trip fee, diagnostic charge, labor (technician's time in the home) and parts up to $500.
