10-point Central Air inspection
- Check overall operation of the air conditioner or heat pump
- Check and clean condenser coils

- Lubricate air handler blower as needed
- Lubricate condenser fan motor as needed
- Check condensate drain lines and clean if needed
- Check refrigerant charge and top off as needed (up to 1 lb.)
