My tractor model #917-28974 stopped running. Sears told me to check the fuse. I replaced it, but it blew as soon as I turned it on. Sears repair cannot get here until next Wednesday. Can you help?

i had the same water problem left in the dihwasher.
the service man said that the drain hose was kinked
and he fixed it. it was that way since it was installed.
my sears service man fixed the problem and the dishwasher has worked perfectly. Also you should check the plug on the garbage disposal because if it is left in
it will cause this same problem. Thanks kab

Kathryn, thanks so much for the kind words! I have sent you an email so that we can get all the right information and be sure the technician gets proper credit where credit is due.

Hello Rick Webb, this is Cameron from the Sears Blue Service Crew. I'm sorry to hear that your tractor is giving you problems. I've been there myself once or twice, so I know what you're going through. It sounds like an electrical problem, but not one that I would want to tackle on my own, especially without being there. Since you're needing someone to take a look at the tractor sooner, one option might be www.ServiceLive.com. This is a new service provided by Sears to help customers find technicians in their area, who have been properly qualified/certified for different kinds of work. The people hired through ServiceLive.com are not Sears employees; they are in fact local contractors. There might be a chance that someone in your area is also a member of ServiceLive and can get there sooner, since time is of the essence. I wish I could be more help on this one, Rick. In the meantime, if you have any further questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reply here or call us directly at 1-800-424-2047.
