Hello Gustavo, this is Kevyn from the Sears Blue Service Crew. This repair is not too common, so I can understand the difficulty in trying to get an answer. I can help! In your owner's manual on page 13, there are instructions on how to reverse the door swing for your dryer. Follow these instructions until you get to the point where you are able to remove the broken plastic and replace it with the new part. If you do not have your owner's manual, you are able to download it for free on www.ManageMyLife.com. Go to that website and click "Manuals," located in the top toolbar. Then type in your complete model number and click "Go." You will then be able to click "View Manual" and the file will appear in PDF so that you can save it, print it or just view it. I hope this information helps you! If you have any other questions, please give us a call at 1-800-424-2047.

I have a Bosch dishwasher. I may not use my dishwasher for a whole month at times. Should I keep the dishwasher door completely closed or slightly open.

Hello, this is Cameron with the Sears Blue Service Crew. If you're going that long between washes with your dishwasher, it would probably be best to leave the door opened a crack to help prevent the growth of mold and mildew. It might be a good idea to leave a box of baking soda in the machine during that time as well. I hope this answers your question. Should you require further assistance, please let us know. You can reply here, send us an email at contactus@searshomeservices.com or call us directly at 1-800-424-2047.

Hello, Joe Pellegrino. My name is Cameron, and I'm with the Sears Blue Service Crew. I can completely appreciate the concern when the washer is giving weird errors and not working right. We can help you out. Typically, this error you're seeing is related to a drain problem (possible clog), and issue with too much/wrong type of detergent, or a water level/sensor issue. I've included a link here with some answers from our experts at www.ManageMyLife.com.
