Service good, beware of parts
I have no complaints about my service. Jonathan arrived in the scheduled time window, was polite, and set about diagnosing and servicing our washer that had developed a leak in the water drain pump. Service score: A My complaint is about the quality of the parts. The same company replaced the water drain pump in March 2023 -- not even a year ago. The original pump worked for 30 years (and was technically still working at replacement), so very disappointing that a new pump would fail so quickly. Parts score: D-
